Gym time! With Nina StrongHold Uh, So I just got home from the gym and I am beat. My body has not hurt this bad for some time.
Gym time today was 1. hour Zoomba class.
Followed by 15 minutes walking on a tread mill! And then 5 minutes of a slower cool down with water.
Then I hit the weights. Legs today so it was a lot to push.
